Compare Configuration allows you to compare MySQL Global Variables of multiple servers side-by-side. This can come in handy when trying to determine why one MySQL server isn’t performing as well as another one with similar conditions of load. Differences in the Global Variables are highlighted.
To view only changed values check ‘Show only differences’ on the tool bar at the top right corner.
